In conformance with the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972, the City of Oakdale currently administers four Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts (LLMD) on behalf of their residents:

• Burchell Hill - Maintenance Contract (effective August 1, 2011)
  
• Bridle Ridge - Maintenance Contract, Contract Amendment
  
• LLMD 03-1
• The Vineyard - Maintenance Contract (effective February 1, 2012)
