The Oakdale Enterprise Zone consists of approximately 1,200 acres of land that is designated for commercial and industrial use.  The intent of the Enterprise Zone is to provide incentives such as tax credits for hiring qualified employees, sales tax credit and business expense deductions to businesses located within the Enterprise Zone.
