The Administration Department serves as an internal customer service provider of integrated administrative services such as general administration, human resources and risk management.
Administrative Services provides some coordination and training to support staff throughout the city. This division also works with outside agencies on community partnership projects.
Human Resources is responsible for implementing the city's mission, vision and core values, as well as recruiting, hiring and retaining a talented workforce.
Risk Management Division seeks to maintain a safe and fair working environment and to ensure that city assets are protected from loss, theft, and misuse. In addition, the division reviews claims submitted against the city to determine any appropriate actions.
