Building permit fees are determined by the Chief Building Official. Fees are project-specific. Total cost of a building permit is based on the details provided in the construction plans submitted with the application. There is no flat fee for building permits. Average processing time for a Building Permit Application is two to four weeks. This time may be extended, depending on time required for the applicant to complete the required corrections.
