The Special Services Division is made up of three sections: Dispatch-Records, Investigations, and Property Evidence. John Richards is currently supervising Dispatch-Records, Sgt. Julio Rosa is supervising Investigations and Ann Farmer is in charge of Property-Evidence.  All three of these people report to the Special Services Division Commander, Lester Jenkins.
