Bridle Ridge Plan

The Bridle Ridge Specific Plan represents an 8 year effort to create a plan which has guided the orderly growth and development of approximately 530± acres in the southwest corner of the City of Oakdale, California.  The vast majority of the planning area was marketed as and has been built as a new home community known as "Bridle Ridge."  This Specific Plan, which was developed with a thorough analysis of environmental conditions and extensive input from City decision-makers, landowners, neighbors, and the community-at-large, provides a comprehensive land use program for the planning area along with goals and policies to guide future public and private actions relating to the area's continued development.  In addition, the Plan includes detailed information on necessary infrastructure improvements, and a strategy for insuring the Plan's implementation.  The Plan also provides a mechanism to insure that development by planning area landowners is coordinated and occurs in an orderly manner according to plans.
