Powers and Duties Generally.

The museum commission shall be responsible for the following:

(a) Prepare and recommend for adoption long-term plans for the restoration and renovation of the museum.

(b) Advise the city council in connection with the operation and administration of the museum and to make recommendations on various management and operation policies as they pertain to the museum.

(c) Plan for and advise the city council on expenditure of public funds at the museum.

(d) Advise the city council regarding personnel who supervise and operate the museum.

(e) Advise the city council regarding policies, procedures, and priorities for the use of the museum. (Ord. No. 898; Ord. No. 918.)
