The City of Oakdale has received funding through the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a down payment assistance program. This program may provide up to $50,000 to assist first-time homebuyers in the purchase of a home in the City of Oakdale. Eligibility for the program is based upon household income and is subject to funding availability.
