The following is a PDF file featuring all the fees and deposits required for processing applications through the Planning Division of the Community Development Department. In cases of deposits, if the cost for processing exceeds the deposit the applicant shall be responsible for either an additional deposit or reimbursement to the City. Surplus deposits will be returned to the applicant upon completion of processing and appeal periods.

NOTE: The Director may hold up processing based on the determination that additional deposits are necessary to complete processing of a request.
