Welcome to the Utility Billing online account access page. Please use the links below to access your Utility Account. If you are a first time user, you will need to register your account before you begin. We do not charge for credit card payments.

First Time Users

Registered Users

If you are already registeres for Click2Gov and you know your PIN, Login Now.

If you would like to go directly to the login page in the future, you can bookmark the page. Bookmarking allows you to easily go back to a site at a future time. Below are instructions for bookmarking using two popular Internet web browsers.

Netscape Navigator

Go to the page you would like to bookmark, in this case the Login page.
Click on the Menu Option labeled "BookMarks"
Move the mouse pointer down to the option labeled "Add a Bookmark" and click on it.

Internet Explorer

Go to the page you would like to bookmark, in this case the Login page.
Click on "Favorites" in the button bar, then select "Add to Favorites".
