General Powers and Duties:
The airport commission shall be responsible for the following:
(a) Prepare and recommend for adoption long term plans for the physical development of the airport.
(b) Advise the city council in connection with the operation and administration at the airport.
(c) Plan for and advise the city council on expenditures of public funds at the airport. ( Ord . No. 436, § 6; Ord . No. 641, § 1; Ord . No. 773, § 2; Ord . No. 1068, § 1.)
